Challenge: Collaborate with marketing teams to design, art direct, and produce B2B campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and promote Maxim Integrated's semiconductor technologies.


Objectives:

  • Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging.

  • Track campaign performance and refine strategies for better impact.
     

Campaign Initiatives:

  • Launch Campaigns: Develop print and digital campaigns to support Maxim Integrated's rebranding efforts across multiple B2B marketing channels.

  • Product Campaigns: Create targeted campaigns for specific B2B industries, leveraging web, social media, and other media to support the product marketing strategy.

  • Partnership Campaign: Partner with Maxim Ventures on the "We Love Start-ups" initiative to increase awareness of partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing teams to create custom branding assets for platforms like websites, social media, Microsoft, and Adobe templates, as well as digital and print campaigns.

  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, project planning, conceptualization, and design production skills; guide teams in following branding guidelines.

  • Oversee the creation of print and digital branding assets, from concept to production.

  • Administer the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and SharePoint, managing branding assets, project files, and product photography.

  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration with various teams throughout the design and development process.
