Strengthen Maxim Integrated’s brand within corporate culture to boost engagement, productivity, and retention through on-campus identity and representation.

Objectives:

  • Create collaborative spaces reflecting heritage and brand

  • Design identity for the new “Corporate Service Group” (IT, Legal, HR)

  • Maintain consistent brand presence across campus

  • Foster a unified culture for employee satisfaction

  • Support retention with a service-focused structure

Responsibilities

  • Collaborated with HR, facilities, and comms teams on campus installations

  • Directed branding and design production from concept to rollout

  • Oversaw murals, posters, and space design

  • Led Corporate Service Group identity design and stakeholder alignment

  • Ensured smooth communication across teams and stakeholders
