Challenge: Strengthen the Maxim Integrated brand within corporate culture to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, productivity, and retention, focusing on on-campus representation and organizational identity.
 

Objectives:

  • Create collaborative spaces reflecting Maxim Integrated's heritage and brand for employees and visitors.

  • Design internal identity for the restructured "Corporate Service Group," merging IT, Legal, and HR.

  • Maintain consistent brand representation across on-campus spaces.

  • Foster a unified brand culture to boost employee satisfaction and productivity.

  • Enhance retention with a service-oriented structure.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with talent acquisition, facilities, and employee communication teams to create installations for collaborative campus spaces and organizational identity.

  • Showcase teamwork, project planning, conceptualization, and design production skills while guiding teams on brand adherence.

  • Oversee design and installation of campus collaborative spaces, murals, and posters, from concept through production.

  • Manage the design phases of the "Corporate Service Group" identity, presenting direction to stakeholders from concept to final production.

  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders throughout design and installation processes.
