Challenge: Coordinate the creative services team during the website redesign, ensuring brand consistency through collaboration, art direction, and the creation of custom visual assets.

Objectives:

  • Collaborate with web and developer teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Design and produce custom icons, graphics, banners, and product imagery.

  • Implement a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for centralized asset access.

  • Use Adobe Workfront to efficiently track project requests and statuses.

  • Establish effective communication and collaboration with involved teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to create branding assets for the website and marketing.

  • Guide teams on branding guidelines with strong planning and production skills.

  • Administer DAM and Sharepoint, managing assets and files.

  • Ensure smooth communication with teams and stakeholders.

  • Maintain brand identity across all materials.
